Q: Sales Do you have sales very often? A: YES there are ALWAYS many items on sale in the different categories and I am always adding sale items so check back often! Q: Shipping Charges How do you decide what to charge for shipping and handling? A: I charge a flat shipping and handling rate of $8.95 which is usually less than it actually costs to ship. If you are ordering only jewelry or books please email me for a special rate before ordering or if you have any concerns about the shipping charge please email me PRIOR to ordering. Thank you. Q: Gift Wraps and Gift Baskets Do you offer gift wrap or baskets? A: Yes some items are available for gift wrap for $4.00. Many of my items are sent directly from my suppliers so I cannot gift wrap them but some of them I directly send and will be happy to wrap; just email to see if it is something that can be wrapped. I will also make a gift basket out of assorted items depending upon availability. Just email me with your requests. Q: Return policy What is your return policy? A: If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return your item for a full refund minus shipping charges. |
